Ghanian midfielder Umar Bashiru has signed for newly promoted Iraqi Stars League outfit Ghaz Al-Shamal Sports Club ahead of next season’s campaign.
The 29-year-old who built a rich reputation in the Ghana Premier League ten years ago, joined Al Shamal from fellow top tier side, Al Mosul Sports Club for the 2025/26 season where they finished 13th with 47 points.
